The uniqueness of this Syrah wine, originating from our own vineyards, is created by applying the double yield reduction method which results in a partial dehydration of the grapes on the vine.
These ampelotecnical procedures enable obtaining a phenolically ripe wine with an intense ruby red color, with high extract level and ageing potential.
The aroma is complex, fruity and spicy, abundant in red and dark berries, revealing blackcurrants.
The taste is elegant, full-bodied, with a long aftertaste. The 25-month ageing process, taking place in new American and French oak barriques, results in a good structure, integrated tannins and aromas of vanilla and blackberry jam.

Imperator is a unique wine produced from the variety Vranec, from late
harvested selected grapes from Bovin’s own vineyards. Wine with deep dark
red-black color and intense aroma of wild fruits such as blueberries,
blackthorns, blackberries, and sour cherries. The taste follows the aroma and
it’s strong and fresh.

A dry red wine produced as a blend from carefully selected grapes in our
vineyards of the distinguished varieties: Vranec 40%, Merlot 40% and
Carmenere 20%. The wine has a ruby red color. The aroma is complex; the
dominant fruity-spicy character reveals ripe morello cherries complemented
with discrete vanilla sub-tones. The taste is full bodied, with a velvety
structure, soft tannins and with a long aftertaste.
